Full House Renovation To Expand Space

The property underwent an extensive renovation, including a full gutting and addition to extend the kitchen, as well as the removal of old supporting walls and an addition to the third floor. Landscaping was done in the backyard, and a two-car driveway was added in the back. The kitchen was also expanded, among other improvements. On the first floor, the beams, addition, and removal of old supporting walls created an open area with a living room, powder room, dining area, and new kitchen featuring a patio door leading to the backyard. The second floor has guest bedrooms with closets and bathrooms. Finally, the third floor has an extended roof, and new custom windows, resulting in a spacious and luxurious master bedroom and master bath with heated floors, a tub, and a shower stall. The house features new flooring, tile work, and clean chimneys, with highlights of blue against the white walls at the client's request. The exterior was upgraded with metal siding to give it a modern and minimalist aesthetic. In the backyard, the original fencing was removed, and a multi-leveled yard was created, complete with a custom fire pit.
