Lawrenceville
Client had bought an old house on Penn Ave in Lawrenceville. It was not livable and definitely needed to be gutted, new ceiling, and other things. In addition, a third floor was added for more room.
It was a large project that included a new driveway; two-port garage; deck above the garage; fully renovated kitchen; new common area/living room; two guest bedrooms and baths on the second floor; third floor completed with a master bedroom, master bathroom, and separate living room/office. In addition, the second and third floor both had balconies; the stair cases and railings were custom metal work; and the original brick work was repointed.
